The concept of IoT was first used by Kevin Ashton in 1999 and means “Internet of Things” in our language. The Internet of Things concept is a system of devices that communicate with each other through the network and connect and share information and implement communication protocols.
System’s components communicate and collect data and make decisions with these data over the network without the need for data entry and human intervention. Communication between components is provided by specific protocols.

Some of the many protocols used in IoT communication are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Cellular, and NFC.
